The Opportunity
International (UK) call centre based in Mount Edgecombe has opportunities for qualified and experienced sales agents to start work immediately. Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the candidate will be responsible for answering inbound and outbound calls from potential customers, respond to enquiries, manage complaints, and provide general information.
The Requirements
Excellent verbal and written skills are essential as well as a positive attitude and experience in a similar position.
Preferred Skills
Candidates working on U.K. campaigns are preferred. If you haven’t had this experience please ensure you read U.K. newspapers and prepare prior to applying as you will be tested on U.K. current affairs
